The
Mastiff is a large, massive, powerful dog with a combination of grandeur
and good nature, plus courage and docility. Although
he is the heavy-weight among the breeds of dogs,he is snuggling, faithful,
unbreakable and nimble custodian, who loves not only his owner, but also whole his family. The Mastiff is extremely
quick-witted, sensitive, devoted and he wants be loved by his family. He
needs human proximity. The ill-treating or unsuitable living conditions
can make his enormous shyness and low confidence. Early socialization is
extremely important for a Mastiff, the lack of adequate socialization can
cause serious problems later on.
